Shipping Policy

-Please note that the delivery date you see is only estimated delivery time, NOT a guaranteed date/time.

-Orders are packaged and shipped on business days only. Business days are Mondays through Fridays (excluding national holidays).

-We do NOT ship out any packages on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.

-Saramee, LLC is NOT responsible for any missing packages once the tracking link is marked as “Delivered”.

-Customs fee may be charged for international shipments and when purchasing at Saramee, LLC customers are agreeing to pay for all the fees regarding the package.

-If the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address at checkout, we won’t take responsibility for shipping costs. A new product can be shipped after reshipping costs have been paid.

-We can only cancel orders within 3 hours of purchase.

-We will not reimburse your order if your package is undelivered due to unpaid customs/duty fees.

-The free shipping offer is limited to USPS ground shipping only. Free shipping offers not valid for International orders, APO/FPO/DPO, PO BOX, HI, AK, PR, & US VI. Free shipping is determined by the merchandise total after discounts are applied. Certain items are ineligible for Free Shipping.

Return Policy

-Please note that when making an order with Saramee, LLC, you are agreeing that you understand our Terms of Use as well as our Return Policy.

-Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges.

-The original shipping cost is not refundable.

-Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return labels.

-All refunds are provided via Saramee, LLC store credit.

-We do not accept any return/exchange requests after 7 days of the package being delivered.

-We currently do not accept international returns.

-To be qualified for a return, items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with no signs of being displayed or worn.

-We must receive the return items within 7 business days of the return request.

-In any situation, we shall not send a replacement until the returned item arrives at Saramee, LLC, and is approved.

-The return policy is subject to change without notice.
